Chapter Overview

Originally founded as PMAA—the Purchasing Management Association of Arizona in 1951, ISM—Arizona has served purchasing and materials management professionals in Arizona for well over 65 years. As a not-for-profit professional educational association that offers seminars, workshops, plant tours and networking programs, we specifically address the ever-changing environment of procurement, materials management, and planning.

ISM—Arizona is the Arizona chapter of the Institute for Supply Management® (ISM®) which through its network of over 50,000 professionals and over 70 chapters worldwide, offers its members the latest in professional development opportunities, literature and material references and research.

ISM—Arizona was honored with Affiliate of Excellence Award in 2007, 2013, 2015 & 2017. ISM Affiliate Excellence Award was for those affiliates that meet or surpass core competencies.
